Event - Years 3 and 4 at the Botanical Gardens
16 October 2018
On 16 October Years 3 and 4 went on an amazing trip to the Botanical Gardens as part of their ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ topic work.
The children had the chance to meet jungle 'critters' and explore different plant life that could be found in rainforests and elsewhere in the world.
The children really enjoyed finding out about life for tribes-people who live in the Amazon and even got to hold the world’s biggest seed.
Mr Wilkinson told us about the habits. |
We were shown a large toad. |
