Event - Harvest Celebrations

On the 2nd October 2014 we celebrated the Harvest.

We had a special whole school Mass to say thank you to God for all the good things we have. Every child brought at least one tin or packet which we took up before Mass started. This food was later taken to the local Food Bank to help feed local people who are struggling to feed themselves and their families.

Thank you God for giving us fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish. Look after the people who do not have enough food to live and are starving.

Our display board was placed in Church.		Children brought tins and packets up to the Altar.
Father Paul was thrilled with all the donations.		Father Paul had a chat with Reception class.
