Event - Harvest Thanksgiving

The Harvest Thanksgiving Mass was held on Thursday 6th October.

At the beginning of Mass every child brought forward their offering of food to the altar. Parents and carers were very generous and a large display was created.

During the Mass the children thanked God for all the food that they get to eat and prayed for those who are less fortunate than themselves. The amount of food donated filled two trollies which were collected by the local food bank for distribution to the needy in our local community.

The Harvest Altar started empty.		But it soon was filled with the Harvest offerings.
The Harvest offerigs were placed before the Altar.		We filled two trollies with tins and packets.
